Bill Boeckmann
Vice President & Chief Estimator

Bill has over 31 years of electrical expertise, including job management and estimating projects ranging from $1,000 to $1.25M. Bill has held the supervising electrical license from the City of Chicago for over 25 years. He is well versed in NEC codes, as well as, village amendments. As a certified trade instructor for over 10 years, Bill has helped hundreds of electricians make it through their apprenticeship program. With the array of experience Bill has gathered over the years, working in the field and as an estimator/project manager, he has many ideas and techniques to better manage and execute projects of all sizes.

Tina Boeckmann
President & Administrative Service Manager

Tina has over 20 years in a construction office atmosphere. Tina performs accounting and office administrative functions to ensure proficiency in office operations. Tina is experienced with Residential Builder billing practices, as well as, Commercial AIA Billing, Certified Payroll, Contracts, Insurance, Village licensing, Permits, Bonding Matters & Notary. Tina develops relationships with her clients and support people to make sure BTB Contracting, Inc. meets all licensing, permit, insurance and billing requirements, so projects can progress without any holdup for the customers or client.
